Apprenticeship Programme
Technical Departments
During the apprenticeship, apprentices will be trained in all technical departments:
Application Engineering, Production Planning, Panel Built Assembly, Actuator Assembly, Paint Finishing, Warehousing & Logistics, and Shipping.
These assignments, as well as the courses in the training workshop, form the core of the technical training.
Commercial Departments
The apprenticeship is complemented by assignments in all commercial departments:
Purchasing, Human Resources, Accounting and Sales (domestic and exports).

All apprentices are part of the team right from the beginning and will work in day-to-day business with guidance from experienced employees. It is the combination of technical training with the valuable experience within commercial departments that makes the apprenticeship program in Manesar unique. As a result, the apprentices will emerge from the apprenticeship as ‘all-rounder’s’ with the capability to work in all departments of an industrial enterprise.
Graduating apprentices will be able to be employed in the Workshop or Production Planning, but they are equally able to take on challenges in departments such as Procurement, Order Processing and Sales due to their technical background. The apprenticeship gives each apprentice the opportunity to find their ideal career path within Inch Actuata.
Training
Upon request apprentices are able to work in environment during the apprenticeship, with the possibility of an assignment.
Typical training includes the qualification to become a master craftsman, technician, or engineer as well as studies in the commercial field. The qualifications are highly valuable within the industry, and are studied at a local college.
Which requirements do applicants need to fulfill?
Applicants must have completed secondary school with good grades or have the university-entrance diploma. In addition, technical comprehension capabilities, the ability to work in a team and dedication to learning, are expected.
